Check Policy

Due to our new credit policies, if you wish to write a check to Bry-Tech Distributors, we need to have the enclosed Credit Application filled out completely and returned as soon as possible.  All future  orders will be “Cash” only (i.e.: cash, money order, or credit card), until all credit references are checked and all information is verified.

 

A Brief Outline of Check Policy:

· No check will be accepted without prior bank approval.

· Only company check will be accepted, with bank approval.

· Full name, address, telephone number and drivers license must be on the check.

· All checks received at our pick up counter must be drawn on a Florida bank.

· A charge of $20.00 per each time returned will be added to the amount owed.

Check Payment

We accept:

Bry-Tech Distributors must have a completed credit application for all open accounts.  There will be no exceptions to this.  All new accounts will be Cash Only (such as: Cash, Money Order, or Credit Card) until all credit references are completely checked.  All open references are completely checked.  All open accounts are expected to pay within the terms of :  Net 10 EOM (Invoices are due and payable by the 10th of the following month).  Any accounts that have not been paid by the 10th of the month will receive a past due statement.  Accounts that are 60 days past due will be sold on a C.O.D. basis until the overdue balance is paid, and/or may be placed on credit hold until the account balance is current.  Accounts that are 90 days past due will be placed on C.O.D. terms and will have a minimum of 10% past due balance added to each of their C.O.D. tags, and/or they may be placed on credit hold until the account balance is current.  We will work with accounts that are having difficulty, but we will not allow accounts to continue to purchase material without making payments.
